This $30 million commercial development is located at Rhodes Corporate Park and follows the successful completion of “Greenbank” and the near completion of “Verge” Apartments at Discovery Point. The new 16,500m 2 Building-A office tower has a 4.5-star ABGR Energy Rating. It consists of seven office floors plus a rooftop plant room, all constructed over an existing five-level basement carpark. The current carpark remained operational during construction.
