This 43,300 sqm building has a unique dynamic external façade lighting system, which is one of the first of its kind in Australia. We have designed the building with 100% backup power available to all tenancies and house utilities. The use of the latest LED lighting technology including fully automated systems, complements this exceptional structure that cantilever over the adjoining St Stephens Church to the North.
