In conjunction with ISPT & Broad Constructions 米6体育APP Pty Ltd proved electrical services for the buildings upgrade to keep it up with today’s environment.

米6体育APP Pty Ltd provide a Design & Construct package to maintain budget constraints & still deliver the Architectural vision to take 100 Creek Street into the future with consideration for the environment.

 The works involved:

• Strip back of all vacant floors to base build.
• Strip back & refurbishment of Lift Lobbies.
• Strip back & refurbishment of Male & Female amenities to tenancy floors.
• Renovation of the entry lobby with digital art installation and double-height pivot doors.
• Addition of End of Trip facilities & Bike Stores.
• Installation of Lighting Control Systems to manage lighting in an efficient manner, to reduce ongoing costs & effect on the environment. Whilst still providing the end users with a seamless interaction.
• Upgrades to Security / BMS / Backbone communication systems
• Upgrades to Grisham lane with retractable awnings & Green Walls
• All this was achieved with the added difficulty of maintaining the operation of the building for all tenants & visitors who remained in the building throughout the upgrade.
