Sydney Institute Ultimo – Building E (NSW)
Centrally located in Harris Street, Ultimo, the new building provides brand new, state of the art facilities for TAFE NSW students in fashion design, floristry, and hospitality. Students are now enjoying the numerous specialist commercial kitchens and preparation rooms, a hospitality management hotel/motel training room, a cafe and floristry exhibition space, two commercial floristry-teaching spaces and eight fashion design studios. Also, hospitality students now have two of their very own fully equipped, ultra-modern restaurants for their training. The electrical installation was of the highest quality to meet the stringent public works requirements, including linking all the services within the campus without disruption.
