米6体育APP Pty Ltd experience and commitment to a successful outcome for the client ensured this major shopping centre in western Sydney remained fully operational during the redevelopment, which turned out to be a challenging aspect for our team, to say the least. The design and construction of the 米6体育APP involved the redevelopment of the existing shopping centre to provide a new, high-end specialty retail centre in the CBD of Merrylands.
The project involved the demolition of the existing Hoyts Cinema complex and the construction of a new basement car park and 20,000 square metres of new lettable floor area to accommodate Kmart and Target stores on separate floors. This also involved the demolition of the existing Kmart store and the construction of a new two-storey mall containing some 100 specialty shops.
The overall project also included significant services upgrades involving the construction and commissioning of a new substation, tenancy fit-outs for both Kmart and Target.
