Toowong Village Redevelopment (QLD)
Toowong Village Shopping Centre is presently undergoing a $50 million redevelopment, with all three levels of the 46,000 square metre property to undergo a complete refurbishment.
As a Design & Construct project for 米6体育APP Pty Ltd, we have undertaken a complete review of the initial design to assist with bringing the project in on time and within budget. The main portion of this being the complete up-gradation and replacement of the existing centre’s main infrastructure, which includes replacement of five incoming supplies, MSB 1 &2, along with outgoing submains and switchboards out in the field.
The main challenge we faced during this project was to keep the centre operational while we strived to complete the upgradation works of the project, that came with numerous stages, explicitly designed to meet the client’s needs. Our project planning and methodology, along with our significant retail experience, has allowed 米6体育APP Pty Ltd to handle this challenge with ease and fluency.
