Events Cinemas, Pacific Fair (QLD)
The new Events Cinema Complex is a part of the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Redevelopment at Broadbeach.
Initially intended to be a Construct Only contract, 米6体育APP Pty Ltd offered and undertook a full redesign of the original documentation. This was proposed to assist the client with reducing their outlays within what were very tight budget constraints, and was gratefully accepted.
The project consisted of a full new cinema complex fit-out, complete with 8 General Admission, 3 Gold-Class and VMax cinemas, Scoop Alley, Gold-Class Bar, Amenities, Kitchens and Staff / Office Facilities.
Working very closely with Built, and overcoming design challenges along the way, 米6体育APP Pty Ltd managed to deliver this project to the complete satisfaction of all parties within what was an extremely tight 18 weeks programme.
