Work are currently underway to revitalise both CP1 Annex (345 Queen St) and 100 Creek Street in Brisbane.
Both buildings will have all common and amenity areas extensively refurbished, as well as refurbished commercial NLA, to bring in line with current demand and tenant expectations of commercial spaces in today’s market.
Apart from the updated office spaces, the transformations will be designed to take advantage of Brisbane’s sub-tropical climate and in a way to enhance both buildings’ appearance as well as environmental feel.
Creek Street entries and Ground Floor foyer will be updated to incorporate a more relaxed and social touch, further connecting it to the existing café and food outlets presently in place. Further, we aim to create an informal common meeting place that will connect with the upgraded external green spaces through new pivot doors, extending the lobby and bringing in the outdoors environment. The Lobby upgrades also include new awnings and entry statements along with innovative digital artwork, inspired by local artists.
CP1 Annex works will breathe new life into an underutilised ground level foyer space of the neighbouring annex building, by refurbishing the lower levels to provide six small to midsized retail tenancies, targeted at food and beverage as well as supplementary shopping opportunities. The existing spaces are proposed to be enhanced, servicing the amenity and activating the Queen Street and Eagle Lane frontages, including improved entrances and pedestrian connections within the public realm. Ground Floor and Level 1 common Dialogue Space are to encompass extensive green spaces, including installation of a large green wall and extensive planters throughout.
These works include a complete redesign of the entire electrical installation for the project.
